A Yieldy is an ERC20 rebasing token that is redeemable 1:1 with the underlying ERC20 asset. The system allows a user to stake the underlying asset in order to mint a yieldy version of the asset. The underlying asset is then deployed into the DeFi ecosystem to generate yields that are redistributed to stakers in the form of rebases to a user's balance of the Yieldy asset. Users get access to simplified yield that can easily be transferred to another user without having ever to worry about un-staking and can watch rewards accrue to their wallet each week without having to perform any actions.

What does this mean?
The former ShapeShiftAG organization made the first official documented transition from an existing traditional corporate organization to a DAO. To assist in these efforts one of the largest airdrops up to this point in crypto was rolled out over 1 million plus addresses, and a structured process of dissolving the existing corporate structure began. With the official documented start date of July 14, 2021 ShapeShift set out to attempt something new and innovative in the business world.
What is a DAO and how does that affect ShapeShift operations - A DAO is a "decentralize autonomous organization". You can learn more about DAO's, the history, and their future in this Cointelegraph guide.
Decentralization - provides the possibility to allow a larger community to steer the direction of our suite of products and services and contribute to our future success, while helping to better ensure that content and ability aren't censored, or limited to a select few.
Learn about our DAO's specific structure here.
This is ShapeShift's governance token. It is an ERC20 token. ERC20 tokens are a second layer protocol on the Ethereum blockchain. All ERC20 tokens require ETH to send them across the Ethereum blockchain.
This is when you provide equal amounts of FOX and ETH to the UniSwap v2 FOX-ETH Liquidity pool. This gives that liquidity pool depth and lowers the price impact of swaps.
When you provide liquidity, UniSwap sends you back a FOX-ETH LP tokens. Think of these as a coat check ticket that you give back to UniSwap when you want to remove your liquidity.
FOX Staking:
This is when you send your FOX-ETH LP Tokens to the FOX Staking Contract so you can earn additional FOX Token rewards.
FOX Farming:
After you stake your FOX-ETH LP Tokens in the FOX Staking Contract, the FOX Token Rewards you earn is also know as Farming or Yield Farming.
Yieldies:
A Yieldy is an ERC20 rebasing token that is redeemable 1:1 with the underlying ERC20 asset.

Below is the list of sites and forums you will want access to in order to be apart of DAO proposals, voting, conversation and community! We highly recommend joining the Discord channel, but you can also get in touch in other ways. Each site/forum holds a unique purpose for interacting with the ShapeShift DAO.
Discord - The DAO chat tool. For all DAO related discussions - Proposals, governance, workstream discussions, news, learning tools, light support, and all other DAO / crypto related things: https://discord.gg/shapeshift
The Forum (Discourse) - This is where proposals are first submitted to the community for official discussion and feedback. You can also learn about the governance process, ShapeShift's current mission and goals, and connect with other like-minded service providers. https://forum.shapeshift.com/
Boardroom - Once a proposal meets the criteria to advance for a more formal vote, it starts in the boardroom where FOX Token holders can start voting. The "Ideation" section is where you'll find early stage to developing proposals. The voting style in the Boardroom is much like an upvote (you can also comment) and helps show the greater DAO community what proposals are rising in interest. This will eventually replace The Forum (discourse) once activity between here and the forum reach parity or the consolidation is voted on. https://app.boardroom.info/shapeshift/overview

It is important that you read our Terms of Service before using ShapeShift.
If you're familiar with the crypto world you probably have heard of a "DEX". But what does DEX actually mean? DEX is short for decentralized exchange. DEXs allow you to trade your tokens directly peer-to-peer (p2p) without a middleman.
The process of executing a trade is completely autonomous and does not require any personal info or verification. You read that last part right; no more entering your email or other personal information before you can execute certain trades on ShapeShift.
When you execute a trade with ShapeShift, you will see a field titled "Rate". Below your rate you will see whether or not 0x or THORChain was used for the swap.
Depending on the token pair you select, the trade will be completed through THORChain* or 0x* (more DEX aggregators coming soon). This allows our users to have access to trading over 1,000 different crypto assets!
ShapeShift has integrated THORChain, which provides the ability for cross-chain swaps! This includes BTC, LTC, and DOGECOIN. Essentially this means you can swap non ERC20 tokens via DEX. *0x is a DEX aggregator that enables the p2p exchange of assets on the Ethereum blockchain.
*THORChain was founded in 2018 and solves the problem of cross-chain trading by building efficient, bi-directional bridges between blockchains at the protocol level in a permissionless, non-custodial manner.
1. No KYC
2. No more needing to trust the exchange to hold your funds before executing the trade. You control your private keys, always!
3. Lots of tokens! Virtually any token can be traded as long as there is available liquidity.
1. Liquidity. DEXs are rapidly gaining popularity but if the pair you are trading has low liquidity, it may not be available.
2. Fees. If the network is congested, you're more likely to encounter higher miner fees.
3. Failed orders must be validated on-chain, which can be costly.
Slippage is neither a pro or con, but important nonetheless. Since market prices are constantly changing, your trade rate is likely to fluctuate. For example, by the time blocks confirm and your trade executes, the price in ETH may have gone up in price. This happens in the stock market as well as the crypto market. ShapeShift allows you to set the maximum amount of slippage for any trade you initiate. Simply select the highest percentage you will allow to account for market slippage.
Every order (as well as alteration and cancellation) is written to the blockchain. If the parameters are not met your trade will fail and the funds will be reverted to your wallet. Keep in mind that the miner fee that was initially paid is not returned in the case of a failed trade. The higher the miner fee and slippage % you set the less likely your trade is to fail. Since DEX's are decentralized this means no more contacting customer support and having to wait for a refund- as refunds should automatically process!
More information on DEXes can be found here.
An outline of the governance process with ShapeShift's Fox Token
ShapeShift uses the Fox Token as its governance token.
A graphic description of different steps now that ShapeShift is a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), this is how decisions are made and prioritized. This is done through a decentralized governance model. Along with the many other benefits of holding FOX, (http://shapeshift.com/fox/benefits) FOX represents voting power for the DAO. Every FOX token gets one vote for any proposal that is being decided on. Now every FOX holder can help shape the future of ShapeShift!
You can read more about the FOX governance model at http://shapeshift.com/fox/governance.
This section focuses on the protocols supported on the ShapeShift ecosystem
ShapeShift DAO, a decentralized, non-custodial cryptocurrency platform, has announced the launch of its new open-source v2 web platform. The brand new web app is the gateway into decentralized finance for all crypto enthusiasts. Open source is a term that originally referred to open source software (OSS). Open source software is code that is designed to be publicly accessible—anyone can see, modify, and distribute the code as they see fit.
Open source software is developed in a decentralized and collaborative way, relying on peer review and community production. Open source software is often cheaper, more flexible, and has more longevity than its proprietary peers because it is developed by communities rather than a single author or company.
Open source has become a movement and a way of working that reaches beyond software production. The open source movement uses the values and decentralized production model of open source software to find new ways to solve problems in their communities and industries.
A list of the Blockchains that ShapeShift currently supports
A blockchainis a distributed database or ledger that is shared among the nodes of a computer network. As a database, a blockchain stores information electronically in digital format.
Ethereum is a technology for building apps and organizations, holding assets, transacting and communicating without being controlled by a central authority. There is no need to hand over all your personal details to use Ethereum - you keep control of your own data and what is being shared. Ethereum has its own cryptocurrency, Ether, which is used to pay for certain activities on the Ethereum network.
Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, a virtual currency designed to act as money and a form of payment outside the control of any one person, group, or entity, and thus removing the need for third-party involvement in financial transactions. It is rewarded to blockchain miners for the work done to verify transactions and can be purchased on several exchanges.
At its heart, Dogecoin is the accidental crypto movement that makes people smile! It is also an opensource peer-to-peer cryptocurrency that utilises blockchain technology, a highly secure decentralised system of storing information as a public ledger that is maintained by a network of computers called nodes.
Litecoin is a peer-to-peer Internet currency that enables instant, near-zero cost payments to anyone in the world. Litecoin is an open source, global payment network that is fully decentralized without any central authorities. Mathematics secures the network and empowers individuals to control their own finances. Litecoin features faster transaction confirmation times and improved storage efficiency than the leading math-based currency. With substantial industry support, trade volume and liquidity, Litecoin is a proven medium of commerce complementary to Bitcoin.
Bitcoin Cash brings sound money to the world, fulfilling the original promise of Bitcoin as "Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash". Merchants and users are empowered with low fees and reliable confirmations. The future shines brightly with unrestricted growth, global adoption, permissionless innovation, and decentralized development.
Cosmos is an ever-expanding ecosystem of interconnected apps and services, built for a decentralized future. Cosmos apps and services connect using IBC, the Inter-Blockchain Communication protocol. This innovation enables you to freely exchange assets and data across sovereign, decentralized blockchains.
Avalanche is an open, programmable smart contracts platform for decentralized applications. Build fast, low cost, Solidity-compatible dApps. Launch customized blockchains, private & public. Scale to millions of validators with minimal hardware.
*Avalanche is supported on ShapeShift only when connected to MetaMask currently. Support for Native and other wallets coming soon.
THORChain is a multi-chain decentralised exchange (DEX) that aims to solve one of the largest issues plaguing the blockchain space: fragmented liquidity spread across different chains. THORChain is a Cosmos-based protocol that allows users to exchange and earn a yield on Layer-1 (native) cryptocurrencies across different blockchains (BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, BCH, BNB currently) without going through a centralized exchange. Since the protocol is chain-agnostic, any new native asset can be added to the DEX in future upgrades if there is support for its addition to THORChain.
“BNB stands for “Build the community, and let the community build, build, ’n build.”
The recently released BNB Chain comprises the BNB Beacon Chain for BNB Chain governance (i.e., staking and voting) and the BNB Smart Chain, which remains Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) compatible.
The BNB Chain aims to increase interoperability and develop the underlying infrastructure of the “world’s parallel virtual environment,” a step forward in Binance’s recent MetaFi efforts.
Osmosis is a decentralized exchange (DEX) and automated market maker (AMM) protocol for the Cosmos ecosystem. To understand the specifics of Osmosis, it’s helpful for you to know the context of the Cosmos ecosystem upon which and for which it is built. Cosmos is an overarching ecosystem of blockchain networks that can connect with one another as part of Cosmos’ mission to build an “internet of blockchains.
Osmosis is a DEX protocol, which means it uses smart contracts to determine the price of digital assets, to produce liquidity via a peer-to-peer (P2P) methodology, and to exact trades between users.
Optimism is a fast, stable, and scalable L2 blockchain built by Ethereum developers, for Ethereum developers. Built as a minimal extension to existing Ethereum software, Optimism’s EVM-equivalent architecture scales your Ethereum apps without surprises. If it works on Ethereum, it works on Optimism at a fraction of the cost.

Mt Perelin are an authorized Swiss financial intermediary and their regulation allows for KYC-less money exchange under certain thresholds. As a result, you can buy crypto with Mt Perelin without having to pass KYC below the following limits. You can still pass it and remove these limits for unlimited transfers.
If you've heard of decentralize exchanges (DEXes), chances are you may have heard of liquidity pools as well. Liquidity pools are what make DEXes functional. They are the foundation on which DEXes are built.
A liquidity pool in the DeFi world is a collection of cryptoassets locked in a smart contract. Liquidity providers are users who put an equal value of two cryptoassest into the liquidity pool, therefore creating a market. Essentially, the more people who put their cryptoassets into these pools, the more people are able to make trades. If the liquidity pool is small, meaning only a little bit of funds are in the pool, it won't be very practical for doing trades. If the liquidity pool is large, meaning a lot of cryptoassets are in the pool, this means many people will be able to use the DEX for swaps/trades.
For example, if you are swapping BTC to RUNE, there will need to be enough BTC and RUNE in the liquidity pool to be transferred to the user performing the swap. The more funds in the pool, the higher the trade limit as well as more people being able to do the same swap in a short period of time. Larger liquidity pools also means less slippage and better trade rates. You may be wondering why anyone would want to put cryptoassets into these pools. Liquidity providers who deposit their assets in liquidity pools generate yield in return.
Price Impact is the effect a Buy or Sell Order has on the automated market maker (AMM). The bigger the trade, the bigger the effect on the AMM.
Example: A large order to buy BTC will drive the price of BTC up and conversely a large order to sell would result in the price going down (within the specific DEX you are trading with).
There are a few steps that incur fees along the process of providing liquidity and staking your FOX. Please read the list below:
A fee is required to the network to "Approve" smart contract interaction with your wallet and a DEX (see this article to [learn more:](https://shapeshift.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360018501700-Why-Do-I-Need-To-Approve-Tokens-)
A fee is required to send your FOX/ETH to the liquidity pool.
A fee is required to stake your FOX.
A fee is required to unstake your FOX and remove liquidity from the pool.
A fee is required to claim your FOX.
All fees are paid to the ETH network and NOT TO SHAPESHIFT. We can not reimburse for fees. We ask that all users pay attention to current gas fees before taking action so you are fully aware of the cost of each action. You can check out up to date fee estimations here: https://etherscan.io/gastracker.
Keep in mind that you will need to make confirmations on your wallet throughout this process. This will require you to pay attention to any pop-up messages from the wallet you are using. This includes approving tokens and paying the gas fee (in ETH). Make sure you have a sufficient amount of ETH in your wallet before removing any liquidity and/or unstaking.
FOXy is a staking rewards system that allows FOX token holders the ability to stake FOX into a smart contract in order to receive rewards denominated in FOXy. FOXy is an ERC20, rebasing token that is redeemable 1:1 with FOX tokens.
ShapeShift offers full native wallet support for all Cosmos functionality. You can send, receive, and stake you ATOM on app.shapeshift.com
0x is an open-source, decentralized exchange infrastructure that enables the exchange of tokenized assets on multiple blockchains. The 0x protocol is, at its core, a set of secure smart contracts that facilitate the peer-to-peer exchange of Ethereum-based assets. The protocol serves as an open standard and common building block for any developer needing exchange functionality. In addition to the externally-audited smart contracts, 0x also offers developer tools tailored to the ecosystem and open-access to a pool of shared liquidity.
Developers can integrate with 0x at the smart contract or application layer. The diagram below shows an overview of the 0x ecosystem, which includes applications who provide liquidity (supply), applications who consume liquidity (demand), and the multiple supported blockchains.
Yearn Finance is a suite of products in Decentralized Finance (DeFi) that provides yield generation, lending aggregation, and more on the blockchain. The protocol is maintained by various independent developers and is governed by YFI holders.
You can find brief descriptions of Yearn's core products, the governance process, and links to active communication channels below.
CoW Swap is the first trading interface built on top of CoW Protocol.
CoW Swap is a Meta DEX aggregator that allows you to buy and sell tokens using gasless orders that are settled peer-to-peer among its users, or into any on-chain liquidity source while providing MEV protection.
THORSwap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that supports multiple blockchains by utilizing the THORChain network. THORSwap acts as a front-end user interface to perform cross-chain swaps done in a permissionless, trustless, and non-custodial manner.
The Cosmos SDK (opens new window) is an open-source framework for building multi-asset public Proof-of-Stake (PoS) blockchains, like the Cosmos Hub, as well as permissioned Proof-of-Authority (PoA) blockchains. Blockchains built with the Cosmos SDK are generally referred to as application-specific blockchains.
The idle protocol and DAO compose a decentralized organization that builds financial infrastructure for Web3. Businesses of every size, from brand new DeFi protocols to FinTech companies, use our protocol to maximize capital efficiency and manage their treasuries within DeFi.
Osmosis is an advanced automated market maker (AMM) protocol that allows developers to build customized AMMs with sovereign liquidity pools. Built using the Cosmos SDK, Osmosis utilizes Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) to enable cross-chain transactions.
Osmosis allows users to launch liquidity pools with unique parameters, like bonding curves and multi-weighted asset pools. The incentive structure of Osmosis is also adaptable. Governance implements liquidity reward (LP) rewards for specific pools, allowing for strategically targeted incentives.
Tokemak is a novel protocol designed to generate deep, sustainable liquidity for DeFi and future tokenized applications that will arise throughout the growth and evolution of web3.
It can be thought of as a decentralized market making platform and a liquidity router that disaggregates traditional liquidity provision and market making for DeFi. Sitting a "layer above" decentralized exchanges, Tokemak allows for control over where the liquidity flows, and also offers an easier, cheaper way for providing and sourcing liquidity.
A validatoris a crucial part of the Proof of Stake (POS) consensus mechanism whose responsibility is to verify blocks to earn rewards. The decentralized nature of blockchain technology makes it impressive and so promising that more and more people are adopting it. Every blockchain has building blocks that are called nodes. They are responsible for holding data but this data needs to be first validated or verified on the blockchain network. That’s where a validator comes into play. There are two common validation protocols of a blockchain network, which are Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Stake.
Much like a banker who is responsible for verifying a transaction before its processing, a validator verifies each incoming transaction.
A transaction can only be completed and its record can be added to the blockchain once its accuracy and legal authenticity are checked—that’s done by a validator.
In the Proof-of-Stake mechanism, a validator determines whether or not a transaction conforms to the rules that deem it as valid. The entire process makes a blockchain network secure and transparent.

You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
Third-Party Links and Information
The Service may contain links to third-party materials that are not owned or controlled by KeepKey. KeepKey does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. You agree that KeepKey shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers.
Suspension, Termination and Cancellation
We may, without prior notice, suspend the Service, change the Service; stop providing the Service or features of the Service, to you or to Users generally; or create usage or other limits for the Service. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or KeepKey may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any or all of the Services if: (i) we are so required by a facially valid subpoena, court order, or binding order of a government authority; (ii) we reasonably suspect you of using the Service in connection with a Prohibited Activity; (iii) use of your account is subject to any pending litigation, investigation, or government proceeding and/or we perceive a heightened risk of legal or regulatory non-compliance associated with your account activity; (iv) our service partners are unable to support your use; (v) you take any action that KeepKey deems as circumventing KeepKey’s controls, including, but not limited to, abusing promotions which KeepKey may offer from time to time; (vi) suspend or terminate your access to the Service for no reason. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from KeepKey or through the Service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein. Without limiting the foregoing, KeepKey, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct; that the Service will meet your requirements; that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is downloaded at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device or loss of data that results from such download or your use of the Service.
KeepKey does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Service or any hyperlinked website or service, and KeepKey will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services.
Federal law, some states, provinces and other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion and limitations of certain implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. This agreement gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The disclaimers and exclusions under this agreement will not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
For more information on warranties associated with physical KeepKey products, please visit our Customer Support Center by clicking the following link: https://keepkey.zendesk.com/hc/en-us.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall KeepKey, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this service. Under no circumstances will KeepKey be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account or the information contained therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeepKey assumes no liability or responsibility for any (a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (b) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (d) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (e) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (f) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service; and/or (g) User Content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall KeepKey, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses or costs in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to KeepKey hereunder or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00), whichever is greater.
This limitation of liability section applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if KeepKey has been advised of the possibility of such damage. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
Some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This agreement gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction. The disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under this agreement will not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law, Arbitration
Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles, except to the extent Delaware state law is preempted by federal law. Notwithstanding the preceding sentences with respect to the substantive law, any arbitration conducted pursuant to the terms of these Terms shall be governed by the applicable rules of arbitration in the State of Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Delaware for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation or violation of our copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights, as set forth in the Arbitration provision below, including any provisional relief required to prevent irreparable harm. You agree that the State of Delaware is the proper forum for any appeals of an arbitration award or for trial court proceedings in the event that the arbitration provision below is found to be unenforceable.
Arbitration. Read this section carefully because it requires the parties to arbitrate their disputes and limits the manner in which you can seek relief from KeepKey. For any dispute with KeepKey, you agree to first contact us at https://keepkey.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and attempt to resolve the dispute with us informally. In the unlikely event that KeepKey has not been able to resolve a dispute it has with you after sixty (60) days, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding any claims for injunctive or other equitable relief as provided below) arising out of or in connection with or relating to these Terms, or the breach or alleged breach thereof (collectively, “Claims”), by binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of arbitration in the State of Delaware. The arbitration will be conducted in Delaware, in English, unless you and KeepKey agree otherwise. If you are using the Service for commercial purposes, each party will be responsible for paying any arbitration fees, administrative and arbitrator fees in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, and the award rendered by the arbitrator shall include costs of arbitration, reasonable attorneys’ fees and reasonable costs for expert and other witnesses. If you are an individual using the Service for non-commercial purposes: (i) the arbitration organization may require you to pay a fee for the initiation of your case, unless you apply for and successfully obtain a fee waiver from such arbitration organization; (ii) the award rendered by the arbitrator may include your costs of arbitration, your reasonable attorney’s fees, and your reasonable costs for expert and other witnesses; and (iii) you may sue in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction without first engaging in arbitration, but this does not absolve you of your commitment to engage in the informal dispute resolution process. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section shall be deemed as preventing KeepKey from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts as necessary to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our data security, Intellectual Property Rights or other proprietary rights.

Entire Agreement/Severability. These Terms, together with any additional terms, amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with KeepKey in connection with the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and KeepKey concerning the Service. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and KeepKey’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
